SHOWROOM SEALER
Water Based Acrylic Polyurethane Sealer
SHOWROOM SEALER is a water based acrylic polyurethane sealer for use on walls and floors where fast chemical resistance, flexibility, stain resistance and non-yellowing sealing is required. Satin gloss clear coating, this sealer will adhere to all concrete, brick, tiles, and previously coated surfaces.
TYPICAL APPLICATION
For sealing over indoor and outdoor surfaces where flexible water resistance, chemical resistance and UV stability is required. Suitable for sealing floors where stain and water resistance are required with a clear, satin gloss.

WATCH POINTS
• Apply in well-ventilated areas.
• Do not expose the coated surface to moisture for 12 hours after application
• Ensure rollers are dry before use
• Clean spills or splatters as soon as noticeable with water while the product is still liquid.
• Dilute with water if required.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be clean, sound and free of deleterious substances. Remove all laitance, oil, grease, paints, mould oil or curing compound from surfaces using wire brush, bush hammer, scabbler or other plant as appropriate. Previously coated surfaces will need to be stripped if the coating is loose. Dense, sealed surfaces will need to be grinded open to create a mechanical profile.
Priming:
No priming is required.
Application:
Roll out with a dry mohair roller, being careful to pick up roller lines and ends where these build up and allow to settle. Allow 1-2 hours between coats. Two coats are recommended for optimum sealing and protection if surfaces are very porous. Allow 12 hours without exposure to surface moisture to prevent discolouration then open to traffic.

Equipment Care
All tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use. If delayed, the equipment will need mechanical action to clean or be discarded.
