Directions for Use
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces to be clean, sound and free of deleterious substances. Remove all laitance, oil, grease, paints, mould oil or curing compound from surfaces using wire brush, bush hammer, scabbler or other plant as appropriate. Previously coated surfaces will need to be stripped of the coatings if they are loose. Dense, sealed surfaces will need to be grinded open to create a mechanical profile.
Priming:
No priming is required.
Application (polishing):
Roll out with a dry mohair roller, being careful to pick up roller lines and ends where these build up and allow to settle. Burnish or polish with a fine polish grinder or buffing pad depending on application use. Vacuum and damp (water) wipe between coats, allowing the surface to dry completely before proceeding. Two coats with polishing after each coat is recommended for optimum sealing and gloss formation. Once polished, the floor can be opened to traffic.
Equipment Care
All tools should be cleaned with solvent thinners immediately after use.
